Fractional Services: HR Business Partner, LLC becomes a part of the client’s management team for a specific period (typically ninety days to six months) to address strategic and tactical human resources objectives.

Project Based: Specific project or task needed as a priority.

Advisory Agreement: HR Business Partner, LLC  is retained, typically monthly, to respond and assist via phone or email to the client’s workplace questions and issues in addition to being a consultative resource. This does not include completion of specific tasks or projects.

Improved Employee Engagement. HR Business Partner, LLC’s exclusive manner in conducting employee focus groups GUARANTEES identifying the specific barriers to employee engagement. After conducting a minimum of two (2) on-site employee focus groups, HR Business Partner, LLC will discover and deliver specific obstacles that are keeping employees from being more engaged and productive in their work. New Leader Transition Session. HR Business Partner, LLC will lead a session with a new leader and his/her subordinates designed to shorten the learning curve between the new leader and his/her immediate direct reports.
